Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the use of Deployagram and related services provided by Cookiebit Ltd.
By accessing or using Deployagram, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
About Deployagram
Deployagram is a software platform for analysing automated test execution, deployment behaviour, HTTP interactions, Kafka interactions and behavioural contract compatibility.
Deployagram is intended for use with automated testing and deployment workflows and is not designed for storing or processing sensitive production customer data.
Accounts
Customers are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of their accounts
- controlling access to their credentials
- ensuring account information remains accurate
Customers are responsible for all activity performed using their accounts.
Deployagram may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the platform.
Acceptable Use
Customers must not use Deployagram to:
- upload or process production personal data or personally identifiable information (PII)
- upload credentials, secrets, tokens or payment information
- upload unlawful, harmful or malicious content
- interfere with or disrupt the platform
- attempt unauthorised access to Deployagram systems or other customer data
- reverse engineer or misuse the service
- perform abusive, excessive or malicious automated usage intended to disrupt or degrade the platform
Deployagram is intended for analysing non-sensitive automated test and deployment data.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions for any uploaded or shared data.
Sharing and Collaboration
Deployagram may support customer-controlled sharing and collaboration features.
Customers are responsible for any data they intentionally share with other users or organisations through the platform.
Deployagram is not responsible for how shared data is subsequently used by authorised recipients.
Quotas
Certain Deployagram features are subject to subscription plans, quotas and usage limits.
These may include limits relating to:
- retained deployments
- sequence diagrams
- diffs
- contract checks
- deployments
- other platform features
When quotas are exceeded, certain functionality may become unavailable until quotas reset, the subscription is upgraded or additional capacity is granted.
Deployagram may update subscription plans, quotas, pricing or platform functionality over time.
Billing
Subscription billing and payment processing are handled by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining valid payment methods where required.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access to paid functionality.
Subscriptions, Cancellation and Refunds
Deployagram subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already made outside the applicable refund window.
Deployagram subscription billing and payment processing are handled by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record.
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the original transaction date.
Refund requests submitted within this period will be handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable law.
After 14 days, refunds are not available except where required by applicable law.
Deployagram reserves the right to suspend or terminate paid functionality where payment is not successfully received.
Availability
Deployagram is provided on a commercially reasonable basis but is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available.
Deployagram may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
Intellectual Property
Deployagram, including its software, branding, diagrams, generated outputs and platform functionality, is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, redistributed or commercially exploited without permission.
Customers retain ownership of data they upload to the platform.
Customers grant Deployagram permission to store, process, analyse and display uploaded data for the purpose of operating and providing the service.
Limitation of Liability
Deployagram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cookiebit Ltd shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses
- loss of profits
- loss of business
- loss of data
- interruption of service
- security incidents arising from customer misuse of the platform
Customers are responsible for ensuring Deployagram is suitable for their intended usage.
Termination
Customers may stop using Deployagram at any time.
Deployagram may suspend or terminate access where necessary to:
- enforce these Terms
- protect platform integrity
- address abuse or security concerns
- comply with legal obligations
Changes to These Terms
Deployagram may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
