Deployagram is a software platform for analysing automated test execution and deployment behaviour, including HTTP and Kafka interactions, generated diagrams and behavioural contract analysis.

Intended Usage
Deployagram is designed for analysing automated test data, deployment metadata and non-sensitive behavioural information.
Deployagram is not intended for storing or processing:
- production customer data
- personal data or personally identifiable information (PII)
- credentials, secrets or tokens
- payment card information
- health or regulated information
- confidential end-user content
Customers are responsible for ensuring that sensitive or regulated information is not uploaded to Deployagram.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create or use a Deployagram account, we may collect:
- email address
- authentication identifiers
- organisation membership information
- subscription and billing status
Authentication is currently provided using AWS Cognito.
Uploaded Data
Deployagram processes uploaded automated test and deployment data, which may include:
- HTTP request and response metadata
- Kafka message metadata
- deployment identifiers and timestamps
- container and service names
- Masking metadata for HTTP and Kafka messages
Customers are responsible for the contents of uploaded data.
Usage Information
Deployagram may collect operational and usage information, including:
- feature usage
- quota consumption
- request timing and diagnostics
- platform performance and reliability metrics
This information is used to operate and improve the service.
Website Analytics and Cookies
The Deployagram marketing and commercial website may use cookies and analytics technologies, including:
- Google Analytics
- Cookiebot
Analytics and marketing-related cookies are only enabled after consent where required.
The Deployagram application platform may use essential authentication, session and operational cookies necessary to provide the service.
At the time of writing, Google Analytics and Cookiebot are used on the public Deployagram website rather than within the authenticated Deployagram application itself.
How We Use Information
Deployagram uses collected information to:
- provide and operate the service
- generate diagrams and behavioural analysis
- manage subscriptions and quotas
- improve product reliability and functionality
- communicate with customers

Data Storage and Security
Deployagram is hosted using AWS infrastructure.
Uploaded data is stored in a form that allows querying and behavioural analysis by the platform. As a result, customers must not upload sensitive personal, regulated or confidential production information.
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect Deployagram systems and customer accounts, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded data is appropriate for the intended usage of the platform.
Data Retention
To perform its services, Deployagram retains uploaded data and generated analysis artefacts.
Some data may be automatically removed or archived over time.
Customers may contact Deployagram regarding account deletion or data removal requests.
Third-Party Services
Deployagram may use third-party providers to operate the platform, including:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Paddle (subscription billing and payments)
- Google Analytics
- Cookiebot
These providers may process limited information as necessary to provide their services.
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for subscription purchases and may process billing and payment information in accordance with Paddle's own policies.
Customer Ownership of Uploaded Data
Customers grant Deployagram permission to store, process, analyse and display uploaded data for the purpose of operating and providing the service.
Deployagram may also support customer-controlled sharing and collaboration features, including sharing selected deployments, diagrams, contract information and behavioural analysis with other authorised users or organisations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions for any data they choose to share through the platform.
International Usage
Deployagram may be accessed internationally. By using the service, customers understand that data may be processed and stored in jurisdictions where Deployagram or its providers operate infrastructure.
Changes to this Policy
Deployagram may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
