Introduction
This Refund Policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for Deployagram subscriptions and related paid services.
Deployagram is operated by Cookiebit Ltd. Subscription billing and payment processing are handled by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record.
This policy should be read together with the Deployagram Terms of Service.
Subscription Renewals
Deployagram subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Customers are responsible for reviewing plan details, renewal dates, billing information and payment methods before renewal occurs.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already made outside the applicable refund window.
Refunds
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the original transaction date.
Refund requests submitted within this period will be handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable law.
After 14 days, refunds are not available except where required by applicable law.
Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us with the relevant account, invoice or transaction details.
Where a billing error is confirmed, Deployagram or Paddle may arrange an appropriate correction or refund.
Paddle
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for Deployagram subscription purchases and may process billing and payment information in accordance with Paddle's own policies.
Some refund, tax, payment and chargeback processes may be handled directly by Paddle.
Suspension for Failed Payment
Deployagram reserves the right to suspend or terminate paid functionality where payment is not successfully received.
Customers remain responsible for maintaining valid billing information where a paid subscription is active.
Changes to this Policy
Deployagram may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
